Game time in Kissimmee at Sunset walk was fun. I felt like it could have had some more 5yr old and under games. My granddaughter was unable to reach the pedals in the car games, unable to hold the gun and push the buttons at the same time on the Jurassic Park game due to it not only being to big but it was to heavy as well. The facility was clean and had a restroom being able to go next door and get a soda was convenient. You put your money in a kiosk machine and you receive a card. The card is how you activate games. The prices are really good. In my opinion for $25 she got 100 tokens. Most games were only 4 or 5 tokens. Some were 8 or more. But the majority was four to five tokens, which gave her a lot of game time for the money. When you win tickets, they're automatically uploaded to your card so you don't have to carry around a bunch of tickets which was convenient. Going up and turning your tickets in for merchandise was easy and they had a lot to choose from even for kids who didn't have that many tickets to turn in. Overall I would say this is a five-star experience all day especially if you need to get out of the hot sun.

It was my first time visiting Game Time, and I didn't know the red and blue game cards were different. I asked Luis for help, but he was rude. He said, "It clearly tells you right there," instead of explaining it. He also told me that the $25 card doesn't win any prizes, which wasn't true. Luis need to go back fir training thats not how you talk to a first time customer. Thankfully, the manager, Victor, stepped in and helped me. He was professional, patient, and even apologized for Luis's attitude. Victor walked me around, explained the different games, and showed me how everything worked. Thank you, Manager Victor, for providing outstanding 5-star customer service. My nephew had a great time, and I truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism.

Only giving it 4 stars because quite a few games were out of order. Our family came for the 5 hour Thursday deal for $15 and we spent a whole 4 hours having the time of our lives. It was fun for everyone ranging from age 9 to 43. I highly suggest trying to come earlier in the day, after 6 it became way more busy. They have a lot of VR games that my kids love and so so many others. They are have bowling (smaller lanes, but the kids love it). Not everything is included in the $15 deal, the games where you can win prizes are seperate and you can't earn tickets, but if that isn't the main thing for you, you won't beat this deal and the hours of fun.

We hosted my son’s birthday here and it was such a great experience! From the very beginning Brandon helped us coordinate the event and he was AMAZING. During the party our server Alexa was phenomenal and took very good care of us. The manager Victor also made sure we had everything we needed and took time to help us with the day of details including the play cards and prizes. There was another employee at the prize counter who was very sweet and I wish I could remember her name! Our party guests complimented the party and all the kids had an awesome time. The facility is clean and the games were in good condition. The party room was a great space. Lots of different options for younger and older kids to play. This was a great experience and we would do it again! 🥰

My granddaughter had her 5th birthday party here and we were pleasantly surprised with the service we received from both the party host - Alexis and the manager, Victor. They were both very attentive to our needs and the needs of the entire party. They made this event a great success! The food was good and the kids enjoyed being able to bowl and play games. The environment was also clean and well maintained. Everyone had a smile on their face. We are local so we will definitely be back again soon!
